Thank you for supporting our family farm!

Adding a tuber to your shopping cart does not reserve it. Your order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation. Due to the limited availabilities of certain varieties, items may sell out while they are in your cart. We understand that missing out on a favorite variety can be disappointing. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we share our limited inventory.

All tuber sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot accommodate cancellations, changes, additions or substitutions. We are also unable to combine multiple orders. Each order will be processed and shipped separately, including applicable shipping charges.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Exceptions to our final-sale policy are limited to qualifying issues covered under our Tuber Guarantee or situations in which we are unable to fulfill an order.

Our dahlia tubers are harvested in the fall, carefully divided, inspected by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and stored throughout the winter until spring shipping begins. Although we take precautions to maintain optional storage conditions, dahlia tubers are a living plant material, and occasional losses during winter storage are unavoidable. If a tuber you purchased does not survive winter storage and no longer meets our quality standards before shipping, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable tuber. We reserve the right to remove any tuber from the order that does not meet our quality standards.

Dahlia tubers will begin shipping as soon as weather conditions permit, typically between late March and April.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 per order.

We ship within the continental United States, excluding California. We do not ship to Alaksa or Hawaii.

Because we want tubers to reach customers in appropriate condition, shipping date are determined by weather conditions and our shipping schedule.

We want every customer to receive healthy viable dahlia tubers.

Each tuber is carefully inspected before shipping, and we guarantee that every tuber will have at least one viable eye.

Please understand that dahlia tubers are living plant material. Some eyes may be clearly visible or already sprouting, while others may remain dormant and require additional time to emerge.

A tuber without an immediately visible sprout is not necessarily nonviable.

Upon receiving your order, please open your package immediately and inspect all tubers.

If you have concerns regarding the condition of as tuber, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the tuber, crown and neck.

We will receive concerns individually and determine an appropriate resolution,

After the seven-day inspection period, responsibility for the storage, handling, planting and care of the tubers transfers entirely to the purchaser.

We cannot guarantee successful growth once tubers are placed into storage or growing environment outside our control.

At Wild Bull Flower Farm, we take plant health seriously and work diligently to maintain healthy growing conditions.

Dahlias, like many cultivated plants, can carry disease and pathogens including viruses and may not produce visible symptoms.

Research discussed by the American Dahlia Society has reported that approximately 87% dahlia stock in the United States carries at least one virus. This highlights how widespread viruses can be within dahlia population, even among plants that appear healthy.

We carefully monitor our plants throughout the growing season and remove plants displaying concering signs of disease. We also practice sanitation when harvesting and dividing our tubers to reduce the potential spread of pathogens. However, we do not laboratory-test every plant or tuber and therefore cannot guarantee that our stock is entirely free from viruses, bacteria, or other plant pathogens.

It is important to understand that symptoms such as curled leaves, discoloration, spots, or stunted growth can have multiple causes, including environment stress, nutrient deficiencies, pest pressure and disease.

We do not offer refunds for disease symptoms that develop after the seven-day inspection period or after planting.

We encourage all growers to practice good garden sanitation, monitor their plants, and maintain healthy soil and growing conditions.

Once tubers are received, their continued health and performance depends on factors outside our control.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Storage temperature and humidity

• Soil conditions and drainage

• Watering practices

• Weather and temperature fluctuations

• Pest and insect damage

• Disease exposure

• Fertilization and nutrient availability

• Plant depth and timing

• General growing practices

We do not provide refunds or replacements for tubers that fail to thrive due to growing conditions, improper storage, environmental factors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We take great care when labeling, harvesting, dividing and packaging our dahlia tubers.

We guarantee that tubers are sold true to their labeled variety.

Wild Bull Flower Farm is a small, family owned flower farm, and we are grateful for every customer who chooses to support our business.

We understant that limited inventory, shipping schedules, and the unpredicable nature of growing plants can sometimes lead to disappointment. We are always happy to answer reasonable questions and address concerns respectfully. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders involving harassment or threatening communication.

We appreciate kindness, patience, and mutual respect.
